Powell and Associates, LLC was established on June 29th, 2005 with the goal of providing clients with quality land surveying and hands-on service that is second to none.
Since our inception, Powell and Associates, LLC has provided quality land surveying services throughout Kansas and Missouri completing many surveying projects of both a large and small scale. These projects have included extensive amount of highway work, site design surveys, utility mapping, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys and have encompassed many aspects of surveying, drafting, description preparation, engineering, and land development.Our staff includes Professional Land Surveyors, Cetified Federal Surveyor (CFedS), CAD/Drafting Technicians, multiple survey crews and an experienced administrative staff. The wealth of experience available from our staff enables us to provide our client with the highest quality of service.
To achieve the highest level of precision and accuracy, our crews are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including 3D Laser Scanners, Windows CE Data Collectors. We also utilize the latest survey grade Global Positioning Systems (GPS) with the revolutionary Lazer-Zone technology delivering millimeter vertical accuracy, and vehicle mounted GPS for large area topographic surveys, Robotic Total Stations, and notebook computers for jobsite calculations. This technology enables us to provide efficient and cost effective solutions for projects of any size. We are committed to prioritizing and maximizing productivity for each project.
